Orders&Invoice

There are three ways: 1. Through your user center; 2. By email 3. Through the footer
1. Through your user center: You can track your order by logging into your account and clicking on “My Orders”. You will find the status of your orders and a link to the order tracking there.

2. By email: Following successful payment, you will receive email updates. The “Order Confirmation” email serves to confirm receipt of your order and includes the order number and product information. The “Shipment Confirmation” email will be sent to confirm that your order has shipped and will include the tracking information so that you can track your order.

If no email is received within 48 hours of payment being processed, we kindly ask you to check your spam folder or log into your personal center to check, or you can contact our professional customer service team directly for assistance.
3. You will find the ‘Order Tracking’ link at the bottom of our website.

Please log in to your account and check your order status in the “My Orders” section.

If the order status indicates that payment is pending, you have the option to cancel the order yourself.

If you have already paid for your order, please note that in-stock items normally ship within 1-5 business days of payment. We are able to accept cancellations on orders that have not yet shipped or if the items are on backorder. In such cases, please contact our Customer Service team to cancel your order.

Please note that cancellation is not possible once an item has shipped. For more information, please refer to our Return Policy.

You should receive an “Order Confirmation” email within 30 minutes of placing your order. If you have not heard from us after 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or check your credit card or PayPal account to see if the payment was successful.

You can also log into your account and check the status of your order under “My Orders”.

Shipping&Delivery

On this website, we offer shipping to the 48 contiguous states within the United States.

The delivery time is 2-5 working days.

Depending on circumstances such as distance, local holidays and other external factors outside the control of Filix Trade and the courier, delivery may take 5-9 days.

We ask that you contact our Customer Service team for after-sales assistance at your earliest convenience.

Your item(s) will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or Amazon logistics.

You can leave us a message when placing your order to notify us of the company you would like to use. If the logistics company you specify does not meet our shipping conditions, we will automatically choose the logistics company that can be shipped for you.

Should you require an address change, please contact our customer service team via email. Our team will check the feasibility of the change and get back to you as soon as possible.

If a product is shipped in multiple packages, the product page will show that information. This information is typically relevant for items such as garden sets, trampolines and L-shaped computer desks, which often require shipment in multiple packages.

In such cases, customers will receive all the relevant tracking numbers to ensure they can track their shipment.

Under normal circumstances, the courier will attempt to deliver the parcel on three separate occasions. If the third delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the package may be taken to the package station, a neighbour’s house, or a safe place, where it will be held awaiting collection. We recommend you use the My Orders portal to track the delivery status of your parcel, or click on the “Track my order” link. If your package is returned to the warehouse of the logistics company, you can contact the logistics company via the logistics tracking link to arrange a new delivery time.

Returns&Refunds

We are pleased to accept returns for a refund within 30 days of successful delivery. To initiate this process, please log in to your account and select the “My Orders” tab to submit a return request. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team via email, citing the order number, contact information, and reasons (attaching photos if necessary). We will be pleased to assist you with your return.

The cost of return shipping varies depending on the weight and size of the package. For returns initiated by customers who are experiencing a change of heart, such as an item that does not fit, does not align with their preferences in terms of colour, or for any other reason, the return cost will be borne by the customer. If you encounter any problems with the product after receipt, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

Although this is very rare, if your product does not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us with your order number, contact details and images of the faulty product and a member of our dedicated customer service team will advise on the best solution, including refund or replacement options.

Normally your refund will be credited to your account once the warehouse has confirmed receipt of the package. It will appear in your account within 3-5 working days.

The refund will be made to the same card you used to place the order with us and will be paid back to you via a return transaction. The refund will be issued no later than 30 days after we receive notice of your cancellation.
