We have a 30-day return policy, i.e. you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as at the time of receipt – unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. In addition, please be sure to retain your receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event of a return being accepted, a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package will be provided. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that for customers residing outside the United States, the delivery time for any returns may be subject to a longer delivery timeframe.

Damages and Issues

Upon receipt, we kindly ask you to check your order carefully and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is found to be defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please note that returns are not accepted on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The most efficient method of acquiring the required item is to return the current one. Once your return is accepted, you can proceed with a new order for the desired item.

European Union 3-Day Cooling off Period

In accordance with the regulations set out in the European Union, customers are legally entitled to cancel or initiate the return of their order within a 3-day period for any reason that is considered appropriate.

Please note that, as stated above, the item must be in its original condition. This means it should be unused, with its tags still attached. It must also be packed in the same manner as when it was purchased. In addition, please retain the receipt or proof of purchase as evidence of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 10 working days.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be processed and posted by your bank or credit card provider.
